The 7th International Comic & Animation Festival ‘Chaniartoon’ opens its doors on September 11th with a rich program of events, free to the public, that will run until September 24th.

According to the organizers, “during these two weeks, the public will be able to see up close the great exhibition of the festival, which will take place at Mikis Theodorakis Theater and this year is dedicated to space. The exhibition will be framed by the works of many artists who have created works related to space, the works of the great Italian artists Francesca Ghermandi and Luciano Gatto will be hosted, who will be present for life, and finally the exhibition will include works by artists influenced by the 70 years of Mikros Hero as well as original interactive works by students of the School of Fine Arts. At the same time, throughout this time the public will be able to visit the space and interact with VR technology as well as read modern and old comics from the Chaniartoon Comic Library.
