The novel by Yannis A. Filis, former Rector of the Technical University of Crete, entitled “We Fought Shadows”, is presented on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at 20.00, at the Grand Arsenali, by the Region of Crete – Regional Unit of Chania in co-organization with “Enastron” publications and the bookstore “Mythology” and with the support of the Municipality of Chania and KEPPEDICH-KAM.
In the context of the presentation, the author will give a lecture on “War – The Scourge of Culture”, referring to the historical development and absurdity of war that can end Civilization today.
The presentation will be made by the author and coordinated by Paraskevas Perakis, director of the newspaper “Haniotika Nea”.
