An evening with Asia Minor music and Asia Minor cuisine, as well as Asia Minor Sweets Competition, are co-organized, on Saturday 9 July 2022, at 8.30 p.m., at Limanaki in Nea Chora, Chania, by the Region of Crete – Regional Unit of Chania, the Municipality of Chania, KEPPEDHI – KAM, the Brotherhood of Asia Minor of the Prefecture of Chania “Agios Polykarpos”, the Municipal Port Fund and the Association of Amateur Fishermen of Nea Chora, in the context of the events for the 100th anniversary of the Asia Minor Disaster.
The Asia Minor music night features:
• The “Smirneiko Minore” Orchestra with the Musicians: Fani Kousionelos, canon, Kyriakos Eleftheriadis, oud, Isidoros Vardaros, violin, Kyveli Koukoudakis, voice, Eleftheria Blazakis, voice – percussion, Nina Papafrangou, voice – percussion.
• The Music and Dance Club of Chania “ARODAMOS”
