The Typography Museum celebrates Museum Day with tours and melodies.
Specifically, as he announced, “the World Museum Day at the Museum of Typography of Giannis & Eleni Garedaki, on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, will be celebrated with favorite melodies by Kostas Livadas and Adriana Babalis.
The Museum will be open from 6 pm, with free admission for those who want to get to know its collections, watch demonstrations on 19th century machines, tour the permanent exhibition on the History of Scripture, take a trip to art history that changed the world!
The concert will start at 8 p.m.
Costas Livadas and Adriana Babali, with favorite songs in their luggage, will offer the audience of Chania a unique night with songs that we have loved from them with their voice or with the voice of great Greek singers, along with songs that they love from our folk song and from all over the world.
From “You became my destiny” to “You are my man” and from “Every balcony has a different view”, “As if not a day had passed” and “To meet you” to “Your persistence And “It’s okay with me”, the celebration and the song do not stop from the beginning to the end.
The use of a mask inside the Museum is essential.
The Museum of Typography is located in the Craft Park of Chania, in Souda.
